1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SharesLocker you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features are billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
5. Acceptable Use
You will not (a) scrape, resell or redistribute Service content, (b) reverse-engineer the platform, (c) upload unlawful content, or (d) use the Service to make automated trading decisions on behalf of third parties without a separate license.
6. Intellectual Property
All content generated by SharesLocker (including AI analyses, rankings and reports) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. All trademarks and copyrights remain with their owners.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. See the Investment Disclaimer for financial-specific disclaimers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SharesLocker's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
