The El Segundo, California-based company is proposing a broader Physical AI holding-company model inspired by Berkshire Hathaway Inc (NYSE:BRK) (NYSE:BRK) and Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) (NASDAQ:GOOG), while moving its robotics operation into FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (NASDAQ:FFR) and pursuing robotaxi operations.
